New years eve

For new years eve I wanted to make a great party cake to share with friends. I wanted to make something not to heavy (because you always end up eating to much anyway...) and at the same time fresh and classy looking. I came up with this:

It may be difficult to see, but there are 3 square cakes on top of each other. They are all chokolate cakes. If you make one large one it is easy to cut them out to whatever size you want. The icing is chocolate butter icing which I colored black and then spread out on the cakes after they where put together. I then added some whipped cream and berries cut in to bite size pieces. The clock is made from marcipan and black icing.
